Richuals began with my own return to
movement.
After pregnancy, I found Pilates as a way to reconnect with my body - not only physically but in the way I moved, breathed and felt within
myself again.
Coming from a strength training background, I was humbled by the precision of the practice and
the quiet strength it asks of you. Muscles I thought I understood were challenged in entirely new ways.
I became drawn not only to the physical benefits of Pilates, but to the way it leaves you feeling - stronger, more connected, more aware of
your body and how it supports you.
That experience is what led me to create Richuals: an intimate space for intentional movement, where form, strength and mindful guidance
remain at the heart of every class.
You will find a space to move well, build deeply rooted strength, and return to yourself through
movement.

HIDDEN WITHIN THE SOMERSET COUNTRYSIDE
Richuals is based in Sutton Mallet - a small village surrounded by open fields and rolling hills, just
beyond the Polden villages.
The studio sits within a private garden space, designed to feel, calm, intimate and removed
from the pace of everyday life.
Though peaceful and tucked away, the studio is easily reached - just 15 minutes from both Street and Bridgwater.

REFORMER PILATES
An intentional
approach to strength.
Our reformer classes are designed to build deep, controlled strength through slow, precise movement.
These classes are designed to support every level of experience, with modifications and progressions offered throughout.
Working with resistance of the machine, the body is guided to move with alignment, stability and
awareness. Each class is intimate and considered, allowing space to refine, adjust and truly connect
to the way you move.
The result is strength that feels balanced, supported, and quietly powerful.
HOT MAT PILATES
Movement,
with Energy
and intention.
Our hot mat sessions bring a more dynamic edge to the Richuals practice.
Set within a gently heated space (32-38 degrees), the class builds intensity through controlled, sculpting movement - designed to strengthen, tone and elevate the heart rate.
It is a practice that challenges as much as it restores - leaving you feeling worked, awakened,
and rebalanced.


MAT PILATES
Strength, balance, and movement with intention.
Our mat pilates sessions blend strengthening, sculpting movement with slower, more foundational practice - creating a balanced approach designed to
support every body.
Alongside more dynamic, energising flows, using props like the pilates ball and hand and
ankle weights, we also incorporate slower-paced
movement focused on balance, alignment, posture, and mindful stabilisation.
With modifications and progressions offered throughout, each session encourages you to
move in a way that feels intuitive to your body on the day.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
One body. One practice. One space, entirely your own.
Our private sessions offer a fully tailored Pilates
experience.
Working one-to-one allows for a deeper level of
attention and precision - supporting your individual goals,
whether that's building strength, improving alignment,
recovering from injury, or simply moving with
greater awareness.
Each session is thoughtfully designed around you,
creating a practice that feels both effective and deeply personal.
